I believe that behind every superstitious belief lies a rational explanation, but blindly accepting them without understanding their reasons may not be wise. During a tumultuous period marked by the diagnosis of bipolar disorder, my mind embarked on a perplexing journey that left others baffled by my actions. Amidst the internal chaos and contrasting manifestations of my human nature, the profound insights offered by Jung and Freud acted as beacons of understanding. These scholarly luminaries provided me with a profound understanding of my own psyche, yet I acknowledge that there is still much to learn and explore from
